When will my order arrive?

Every effort is made to despatch orders on the day we receive them however at peak periods this may be extended. We work closely with our couriers to ensure you receive your parcel as soon as possible, on the odd occasion your parcel may be delayed however our couriers will notify you. We are unable to compensate you or refund postal charges if your order is delayed due to reasons out of our control.
UK orders are sent with DPD Local or APC. These are tracked services that require a signature on delivery or a safe place to be set by you via a link set by the courier. Our couriers will text/email you tracking information with a delivery time slot.

UK & International Customers
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the postage charges incurred in sending the item to you, and your normal postage charges incurred in returning it to us. Under no circumstances can we refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. You will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

UK Customers Only
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working days cooling-off period, we will refund the normal postage charge for delivery of that item, but we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. You will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

Your Statutory Rights (Applies to UK Customers Only)
Under UK law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the item’s delivery to you. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where the item has been opened and unsealed.

To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please follow steps 1 and 2 as outlined in our “How to Return an Item” section above stating “contract cancellation” as your reason for the return. Please package the relevant item as instructed and send it to us with the despatch note so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.

You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item’s normal postage charge–we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
